We are currently in discussion with a Devon based development company to construct an 11 unit, Code 4 scheme, in South Devon. We are also in talks with developers, RLS's and Councils in the North West, South East and South West to construct multiple unit schemes in their locations. More news on these and private sector schemes to follow soon.
